What materials are your clothing made from?

What packaging do you use?

We use plastic free packaging for all your orders! They are sent in a robust paper package which is 100% sustainable, recyclable and biodegradable. The packaging also uses vegetable and water-based inks and are made in the UK.

How will my order be sent and what are the expected delivery times?

Once we receive your order, we will package it up and then parcels are sent out twice a week, every Monday and Thursday. For example, if you placed your order on a Sunday, it will go out on the Monday and if you placed your order on a Tuesday, it will be sent on the Thursday.

UK deliveries

Deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail and will be sent 48 hour tracked (2-4 working days).

European deliveries

Deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail and are sent by international tracked (5-7 working days). As VAT is not charged at checkout, this along with import fees will be charged to the customer when their item is received into their country (DAP/DDU).

Worldwide

Deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail and are also sent international tracked (7-10 working days).

Please note these are guide times. 

*Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas and bank holidays.

What is the cost of postage & packaging?

UK deliveries

 Small items (e.g. a T-shirt) cost £3.50 and larger items (sweatshirt, multiple items) cost £4.50. However, all orders over £50 will have FREE UK delivery!

European Deliveries

Small items (e.g. a T-shirt) cost £12 and larger items (sweatshirt, multiple items) cost £16.

Rest of the World

Small items (e.g. a T-shirt) cost £14 and medium items (sweatshirt, multiple items; 0.5-1kg) cost £22 and larger items (many items; 1-2kg) costs £31.
